Nick Sheridan was raised in Laguna seashore, CA experiencing the sea and art culture. From an early on age Nick was involved with creating things with his dad, a nearby specialist whom taught him to comprehend design. In high school Nick began to build things with two friends regarding vacations, which was the beginning of the trio that will later on found Cerno. Over the years the Laguna Beach friends took part in art festivals, along with other imaginative expressions before going off to university to examine their respective procedures.

The knowledge of design college re-calibrated Nick Sheridan as a designer, and furnished him with today's language and magnificence all their own. After receiving a structure level from Cal Poly, and studying overseas in Italy, Nick applied architecture in southern Ca, frequently creating custom furniture and lighting for projects. During 2009, Nick along with his two-life lengthy friends and collaborators began Cerno, an industrial design and manufacturing business.
